Accessibility statement

Export Bros wants every buyer, supplier and partner to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Conformance status

This website is designed and tested to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard used to measure website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 and the European Accessibility Act. We also apply the newer WCAG 2.2 AA criteria for focus visibility and target size.

How we test

  • Automated testing with axe-core 4.10 (Deque Systems), the engine behind Google Lighthouse and Microsoft Accessibility Insights, against WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A/AA rules on every page. Result: 0 violations on all pages.
  • Google Lighthouse accessibility audit via PageSpeed Insights on the live site. Result: 100 out of 100 on every page, on both mobile and desktop.
  • Manual review: keyboard-only navigation, visible focus, skip link, heading structure, color contrast (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for controls), information not conveyed by color alone, reduced-motion support, 200% zoom and reflow at 320px width, form labels and error messages.

Accessibility features

  • A “Skip to main content” link and clear page landmarks (header, navigation, main content, footer).
  • One main heading per page and a logical heading order.
  • Text alternatives for all meaningful images; decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Text and controls that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
  • Full keyboard access with a visible focus indicator that is never hidden behind the sticky header.
  • Animations are turned off for visitors who choose “reduce motion” in their device settings, and nothing moves on its own except brief page-load transitions.
  • Labeled form fields, required fields marked in text, and error messages announced to screen readers.
  • Vietnamese words are marked as Vietnamese so screen readers pronounce them correctly.
